Admission Conditions

  • Entrance Examination and Assessment-Based Exemption

As a general rule, all applicants are required to take an academic and language proficiency assessment conducted in English.
However, the assessment may be waived if specific conditions such as those listed below are met.

・If the applicant has passed the specified level or higher of the EIKEN Test in Practical English Proficiency prior to the entrance examination.
     Exemption Criteria:
Kindergarten (Final Year): EIKEN Grade 5 or higher / Grade 1 (Elementary): EIKEN Grade 4 or higher / Grade 2 (Elementary): EIKEN Grade 3 or higher
・Other circumstances specifically recognized at the school’s discretion

  • Entrance Examination Contents

The examination follows a format similar to the EIKEN test and is designed to assess basic English proficiency.

  • Parent Interview

During the interview with the parents, we will explain our educational philosophy, expectations, and Christian values. At the same time, we will also ask about each family’s educational policies and goals. It is an important step in building a cooperative relationship between families and the school. Please have your child attend the meeting as well.

  • Final Decision

Admission decisions are made comprehensively based on the applicant’s assessment results (or exemption), the content of the parent interview, as well as the availability of space in the class. We will inform you of the results promptly.
