Kumamoto’s first Christian international elementary school will open in 2026!
The principal will be Mr. Marty Tomao, the current director of our very own Hilltop International School.

熊本首間基督教國際小學將於2026年開校！
校長將由我們Hilltop國際學校的現任園長馬蒂・托毛先生擔任。

Mr. Tomao has been a follower of the Christian faith for over 10 years. Although Hilltop International School is not a Christian school, Principal Tomao and his wife Chika share Christian values with the children and parents through their actions. They are very excited to be opening Kumamoto Christian International School. They hope to build a school that will brighten the future of graduates from Hilltop International School and other English-language kindergartens. Based on the teachings of Christ, they aim to spread and pursue the importance of English. Japan is slowly but surely shifting toward the idea that families can choose the school path that is right for them — and that is truly wonderful. Hilltop International School will continue to support children as they walk that path.

托毛先生信仰基督教已超過10年。雖然Hilltop國際學校不是基督教學校，但園長托毛先生與妻子知佳透過日常行動，向孩子與家長傳遞基督的教導。他們對於即將開設熊本基督教國際學校感到非常興奮與期待。他們希望建立一所能夠照亮Hilltop畢業生及其他英文幼兒園畢業生未來的學校。以基督的教導為基礎，他們將致力推廣與深化英語的重要性。日本也開始逐步轉向「由自己選擇學校並邁進未來」的思維，這是非常值得肯定的改變。Hilltop國際學校將會持續支持走在這條道路上的孩子們。
