English Immersion Education: 3-Day Intensive Spring Course

To help children spend their valuable spring break in a meaningful way, we are excited to offer our Spring School program!
If your child wants to build more confidence in English, speak more, or improve reading skills, this is a great opportunity to experience our 3-day English immersion course.

☆ Spring School Dates: Wednesday, March 25 – Friday, March 27, 2026
☆ Time: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
☆ Pick-up Time: 2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
☆ Location: Hilltop Studio Hall

☆ Fee:
English Club Members: ¥2,000 per day / per child

Other participants: ¥3,500 per day / per child

Note: We plan to raise the price starting in the 2026 school year.

☆ Discount: No discounts available
☆ Make-up Lessons: No make-up lessons will be provided for absences
☆ Lunch: Please bring a packed lunch. School lunch is not available.
☆ What to Bring: Lunch, water bottle, toothbrush set, handkerchief, indoor shoes, hat, stationery, and an English notebook

☆ Clothing: Comfortable clothes and athletic shoes (winter boots are not allowed; rain boots are permitted)
☆ Refunds: No refunds will be issued after payment has been made.
☆ Instructor: Marty Tomao, Principal of Hilltop International School
☆ Class Activities: Conversation practice, reading (using original worksheets created by the principal), role-play, and writing practice. We will also include songs, dance, and games to keep children engaged with fun and varied lessons.

☆ Purpose: To build a strong foundation so children can use English freely as a communication tool and gain confidence. We will review and reinforce everyday English learning, check how well students have retained what they have learned, and strengthen any weak areas.

☆ Application Priority:
① English Club students: Feb 18 – Feb 22
② Other applicants: Feb 23 – Feb 27

☆ How to Apply:
1. Please apply for Spring School using the link below within the period stated above.
2. After submission, we will reply to confirm your application. Please transfer the fee by the deadline.
3. Spaces are limited. Applications will close once we reach capacity.
This is a 3-day intensive course, so we kindly ask that students attend all three days whenever possible.

Requests

1. Please arrive at Hilltop Studio Hall between 8:45 and 9:00 a.m.
   Note: Please make sure you are not late.
2. Please be on time for pick-up.
3. If your child will be absent, please be sure to contact Chika Tomao by LINE or phone by 8:30 a.m.
4. For absence notices and emergencies, please contact Chika Tomao (090-3011-0795).
5. Please write an emergency contact number that you can be reached at.
6. Extended care is not available, so please pick up your child by 2:30 p.m.
7. Hilltop International School is closed during this period, so phone calls to the school will not go through.

Photo / Video Policy

We will take photos and videos of activities (such as lessons) and post them on Facebook and Instagram so families can see what we are doing. Please fill out the photo consent form.
